What Shipper Club is
Shipper Club is a paid membership product and builder community. It may include access to curated content, workflows, resources, discounts, community spaces, and related benefits offered by OrcDev under the Shipper Club brand.
Features and benefits may evolve over time as the product grows.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age required to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, to purchase or use Shipper Club. By using the service, you confirm that you meet that requirement and that you have authority to enter into this agreement.
Accounts and access
Membership access is tied to the purchaser and the account or identity used during checkout. Access may be granted, limited, suspended, or revoked if OrcDev reasonably believes there has been abuse, fraud, chargeback activity, unauthorized sharing, or a violation of these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your own access details and connected accounts secure.
Purchases and billing
Payments for Shipper Club are processed by Creem. By purchasing a membership, you also agree to any applicable payment-provider terms that govern the checkout and payment flow.
Founding-tier or other pricing can change for future buyers. If a purchase is accepted for a specific tier or offer, the price attached to that purchase applies only to that purchase and does not create any guarantee that the same pricing will remain available to others.
Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the policy in force at the time of purchase and any applicable mandatory consumer rights.

Community conduct
When using Shipper Club, you agree not to:
- harass, threaten, or abuse other members or participants
- share illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful material
- spam, scrape, or misuse the site, community, or member content
- attempt to bypass access controls or membership restrictions
- share paid member-only material in unauthorized ways
Intellectual property and permitted use
Unless otherwise stated, the Shipper Club site, brand assets, text, workflows, resources, structures, and related content are owned by or licensed to OrcDev.
Members may use purchased or accessed content for their own personal or internal professional use, but may not resell, republish, redistribute, sublicense, or package protected Shipper Club materials for third parties without written permission.
Availability and changes
Shipper Club is an evolving product. OrcDev may update, remove, or change features, resources, discounts, workflows, community channels, or access methods over time.
Reasonable efforts may be made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed.
Disclaimers
Shipper Club is provided on an as available and as is basis to the extent permitted by law.
Content, workflows, resources, and community discussion are provided for informational and educational purposes. OrcDev does not guarantee any specific business, financial, product, design, or growth outcome from using the service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrcDev will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to Shipper Club.
Where liability cannot be excluded entirely, it will be limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant membership or service giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your place of residence.
